Reservations:
- We do not require reservations, but if you prefer to make one, we can do that too! Reserved sites will be marked by tags with guests’ last names and date paid through.

Refunds for cancellations are calculated as follows:
- 3 days or more in advance of your scheduled check in date – Full refund minus a $10 service fee per site.
- 1-2 days in advance of your scheduled check in date – 50% refund of the total reservation.
- Same day or after scheduled check in date – No refund.
- Refunds will not be issued for bad weather.
- Cancellations can be made online by guests, otherwise, we request that cancellations be made via phone call or FB messenger, please do not email.
Reservation date change requests (rescheduling) fees follow the same timeline:
- 3 days or more in advance of your scheduled check in date, one change can be made for no additional charge.
- Any additional change requests on the same reservation made 3 days or more in advance of the scheduled check in date will be subject to a $10 service fee.
- 1-2 days in advance of your scheduled check in date will be subject to a $10 fee.
- Same day as scheduled check in date change requests will be subject to a service fee equal to 50% of the total reservation.
- If you choose to cancel instead of paying the change fee, the cancellation shall be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.
- All fees for reservation change requests will be due payable at the time the change is being processed.
- All reservation change must be processed by KBNC staff.
- There are no fees for changing site #s of the same type.
Check In:
- Check In Time is 1:00 PM
- Without reservations – you must check in with the front desk within the store to determine if a site is available and review the terms and conditions.
- With reservations – complete online check in process, sign terms and conditions, upon arrival simply drive to your site. We’ll stop by your site to check on you after you are set up.
Check Out:
- Check out time 12:00 PM.
- As you vacate the site, please place all trash in receptacles, put out fires, take all personal belongings, if you have pets, do a final walk through to check for droppings. Check in at camp store if you have a balance due from charging items to your site.
